The elevators reminded me of saunas. Two of the four were out of service for almost a week. it took three days to fix a leaking toilet tank in my room, annoying. the staff didn't ask about my stay at checkout.. i expected some acknowledgement about the inconvenience.

The room was ready when I arrived. This was very convenient. My room had a good view of the castle from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was diverse. I found many options I enjoyed.
The gym was not up to standards. It lacked a working water fountain. It was also rather untidy, made my workout less pleasant.

The room was very clean and spacious. It also included a balcony with a clear view. I found the bed comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. The room was modern! though the bathroom was small.

The staff were helpful, and they promptly addressed my questions. I did appreciate the early check-in. This made my arrival seamless. The hotel provides four elevators. This reduced wait times.

the hotel sits close to both the beach and the city center it's located right at the base of the castle! the pool area is nice! prices for drinks were good plus breakfast was fantastic, i definitely got my money's worth!
the shower water temperature wasn't consistent! it suddenly switched from warm to freezing cold!

breakfast was excellent with many choices, including sweets, breads (also gluten-free), fruits, cheeses, meats, and eggs plus tasty coffee! the buffet gets refilled until the end which is great for late risers.

the staff keeps the pool very clean and in good condition every morning plus there is a nice selection of sun loungers! the location is near everything including a shopping mall, the beach, the castle, and the city center.

the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! i moved to a refurbished room, it was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities i needed. !!
